This cake is another one of my favorites! My customer ordered this for her husbands 50th Birthday Party! He is a huge Yankees fan, being from back east and all! She wanted it masculine yet very festive for the Holiday Season! So I made the top of the cake sparkle like snow!
Top layer was French Vanilla, Bottom layer was Chocolate Fudge
Filled in the middle with Bavarian Cream
Iced in white Butter cream
14 inch double layer
